George Lynch, one of the world's most respected and influential guitarists, was the first ESP Signature artist to join the company back in the 1980s. The LTD GL Desert Eagle is a reimagining of his famous Kamikaze model, now thematically focused on Native American imagery and colors. Boasting an alder body and maple neck, the guitar features a bolt-on construction with a 25.5-inch scale. The Kamikaze's kanji characters and bombs have been replaced by striking double feathers and arrowheads, complemented by subtle black binding on the body.

The guitar's neck profile implements George's original U-shape design, paired with a Macassar ebony fingerboard, dot position markers, and 22 extra-jumbo stainless steel frets. The LTD GL Desert Eagle is equipped with a Floyd Rose 1000 SE double-locking tremolo system featuring stainless steel screws, a special low-friction volume pot, and a unique pickup combination. This includes a Seymour Duncan Distortion pickup in the bridge position, with a push-pull coil splitting feature on the single volume knob, and an ESP SS-120 single-coil in the neck position.

Thematically, the LTD GL Desert Eagle celebrates Native American culture, with a portion of the proceeds from every sale being contributed to George's non-profit charity that supports Native American communities and causes. The guitar is delivered in a deluxe ESP hardshell case, ensuring its safe transportation and storage.
